High quality satellite imagery provides the basis for detailed labeling customized for each client. Segall Group owns and operates an aerial drone and, where helpful and appropriate, provides oblique angle and low height images for it’s client’s use and incorporates this material in its marketing packages.
Letter of Intent Negotiation
We negotiate the business terms of a lease or contract of sale using either tenant or landlord-generated forms, or in-house documents. These are often supplemented with signage, site plan and other exhibits later made a part of a lease.
Segall Group works with retailers to mitigate occupancy costs for closed stores. We identify subtenant prospects and aggressively market the spaces for sublease or assignment, a process which often involves a three-way negotiation with the underlying Landlord. Segall has completed or has ongoing disposition assignments for Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fazoli's and Wakefern, among many others.
