Zoës Kitchen, the leading Mediterranean fast casual brand, has signed a lease for 2,464 square feet at 177 Kentlands Boulevard in Gaithersburg, MD.

Construction has commenced and a late summer opening is planned.

Andrew Segall of Segall Group represented the tenant, and Michael Howard of Rappaport Retail Brokerage represented the assignor.
