Rob has almost 30 years’ experience in leasing, acquisitions and development. He has represented regional and national retail and restaurant chains including District Taco, Dollar Tree, and The Tile Shop, as well as Landlords including Miller & Smith and Rose Investment Trust. Rob was most recently Managing Director for Sterling Organization in the Mid-Atlantic Region, where he oversaw the leasing and repositioning of several prominent retail centers including Pasadena Crossroads, Herndon Centre and Cheshire Square.
