Expected to open in March, the site represents the 12th facility in Virginia for Tennessee-based group
Local Infusion, a Nashville, Tennessee-based specialty infusion provider with more than 45 locations nationwide, has selected Creekside Station in Winchester for its 12th location in Virginia and its first in the Winchester submarket. The ambulatory infusion company signed a lease with Continental Realty Corporation for 2,962 square feet of space at the 126,304 square foot lifestyle center situated at 3103 Valley Avenue and plans to open in March. CRC’s Kelsi Holman, Assistant Vice President, Retail Leasing, represented the landlord along with Andrew Lynch and Andy Segall from Segall Group brokers, and Billy Orlove of The Shopping Center Group represented the tenant in this transaction.
“Adding Local Infusion strengthens Creekside Station’s growing mix of health and wellness providers and expands the everyday services available to our shoppers,” said Kristina O’Keefe, Senior Vice President, Retail Operations at Continental Realty Corporation. “We are committed to curating centers that serve the evolving needs of the communities around them, and welcoming a high-quality healthcare provider like Local Infusion reflects that approach while supporting the continued growth and relevance of our retail portfolio.”
