Tropical Smoothie Cafe has executed a lease for a new drive-thru development at Dundalk Plaza replacing the former Payless space. David Paik from Segall Group represented Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Laurie Mazzotta, from The Mazzotta Group, represented the Landlord in the transaction.
