BALTIMORE — St. John Properties, Inc. announced the sale of a 13.52-acre parcel to The Home Depot, marking another significant milestone for Lexington Exchange, its 140-acre mixed-use business community in California, Maryland. St. John Properties’ Alex Lyons, assistant vice president, acquisitions, and Bill Holzman, senior vice president, retail, handled negotiations on behalf of the developer, while Greg Ferrante, executive vice president of Segall Group, represented the purchaser.
