Segall Group client Performance Bicycle opened its newest concept store at the Dobbin Center Shopping Center, located at Dobbin Road and MD 175. This 7,000 square foot space features an extensive bike inventory, Spin Doctor™ repair shop and a broad selection of accessories, components and bicycling apparel. The landlord was represented by Carol Murphy of Rosenthal Properties, the shopping center owner.
