New Hammer & Nails Locations Coming Soon to Virginia

Great news, Columbia! Pollo Campero is now open at 9061 Snowden River Parkway. The restaurant is officially part of what locals call “The Chicken Strip,” joining a prominent row of chicken favorites including Raising Cane’s and Chick-fil-A. Andrew Segall and Andrew Lynch represented the Tenant, and Greg Ferrante represented the Landlord in this transaction.  

Hammer and Nails is bringing its premier men’s grooming experience to Founders Row in Falls Church and the Town Center of Virginia Beach. This move marks another milestone in the brand’s continued expansion throughout the region, delivering premium men’s grooming services to these thriving markets.
