Mr. Tire has inked a deal to open a super Auto Service Center at the former Express Care pad at 4952 Mercantile Road in White Marsh, MD. The new 6,500 square foot facility is planned to open in the Spring of 2014, and will complement the wide array of retail and office tenants along Honeygo Boulevard.
Mr. Tire operates over 900 stores nationally and is represented by Jose R. Santana of Segall Group. Rich Abruscato represented the Landlord, Federal Realty Investment Trust.
