Cricket Wireless and Cakewalk Gallery sign at Queen Anne Belvedere in Baltimore, Maryland.
Segall Group represented Valstone Partners in completing two new retail leases at the Queen Anne Belvedere mixed use development at 1200-1224 North Charles Street. Cricket Wireless, a leading cellular service provider, leased 900 square feet. Cakewalk Gallery leased 2,100 square feet for an art gallery. Both will be great new additions to the project and to the Mount Vernon Neighborhood. An additional 1,350 square foot space remains available for lease.
