Chase Bank will be opening a new 3,000 square foot branch this coming spring at Green Spring Station, situated at the crossroads of I-83, Falls, Joppa and Greenspring Valley Roads. The building is in the midst of a thorough renovation, which will feature new window, façade and landscape improvements. Mark Segall represented the Landlord and Geoff Mackler of H&R Retail represented the Tenant.
