About & Strategy

Dallas-based Raising Cane’s entrusted its Baltimore rollout to the firm in early 2020, just before the COVID outbreak and lockdown.  Initial “tours” and support efforts were performed entirely remotely, and it was almost a year before in person tours were possible.  
In spite of the challenges, our team completed seven transactions - Crofton, Owings Mills, Columbia, Westminster, Bel Air, Glen Burnie, and an urban format location in Towson, MD—an excellent start to a long-term program.  

Raising Cane’s initial Baltimore DMA strategy calls for 30+ units with a heavy emphasis on high-profile free-standing opportunities in mature markets, and the firm’s efforts are continuous and ongoing.
