Jamie has 30 years of retail leasing experience in all facets of retail leasing and brokerage that run the gamut of property type, size and location. From complex mixed-use urban leasing to malls, historic sites, outlets and suburban strips, Jamie’s career has included all of these throughout the US. Prior to his work at Segall Group, he was employed by The Rouse Company, Prime Retail, General Growth Properties and Struever Bros Eccles & Rouse, including many years operating his own brokerage firm.
Jamie has completed an array of lease transactions with national retailers such as the Cheesecake Factory, Brooks Brothers and Pottery Barn, as well as local celebrated chefs such as James Beard-awarded Robert Wiedmaier, Tony Foreman and Cindy Wolfe. Jamie has also helped with the launch and continuing rollout of new, exciting concepts including MISSION BBQ.
Jamie earned a double major and BS from Hampden-Sydney College in math and economics. He has won awards for retail merchandising, including the Baltimore Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitter Award” for his work on the remerchandising of Belvedere Square.
Jamie works to support charities such as “Fishers of Men & Women of Harford County” supporting the homeless in the city and “It Is Well International” which drills wells for fresh drinking water in Africa. He resides with his family in Bel Air, Maryland. Jamie is a 20 year member of ICSC and has an Associate Broker’s license in Maryland.
