Andrew (Andy) Segall has almost 35 years’ experience in the retail real estate business. His clients include restaurant chains, specialty, furniture and apparel retailers and big box chains.
Andy oversees the rollout or continued expansion of Aspen Dental, Petco, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Chili’s, Maggiano’s Little Italy, LA Fitness / Club Studio and many other retailers and restaurants in the mid-Atlantic region. On the Landlord representation side, Mr. Segall has handled the leasing for retail properties of varying types, from big box, urban, strip center and free-standing developments as well as the re-positioning or re-tenanting of numerous existing projects in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and West Virginia.
After earning a BA degree from the University of Texas at Austin, he graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law and was admitted to the Maryland and DC bars in 1991. He is an instrument-rated private pilot with over 800 hours and a member of AOPA.
Andy holds real estate broker licenses in the states of Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
