Andrew Segall and Danielle Snyder of Segall Group Commercial Real Estate represented Cherry Cove Hospitality Management, LLC in the purchase of 1.9 acres at the Aberdeen Xchange development in Aberdeen, MD. The purchase price was $1.8 million. The site, located at the intersection of MD-715, US 40 and Old Philadelphia Road, will be developed as a 107 room extended stay hotel operated under the Home 2 by Hilton flag.
