7 Brew has opened their second Virginia location at 1746 East Market Street in Harrisonburg! This is the upbeat, drive-thru coffee chain’s first location along the I-81 corridor. Trey Blankinship and Jamie Lanham of Segall Group represented 7 Brew, and Tim Reamer of Cottonwood Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.

Petco is now open in Severna Park, MD!

Petco’s new expanded store is now open at Severna Park Marketplace! This store is the first in the Mid-Atlantic featuring Petco’s newest prototype, which includes a full-service vet clinic.
