7 Brew has opened their second Virginia location at 1746 East Market Street in Harrisonburg! This is the upbeat, drive-thru coffee chain’s first location along the I-81 corridor. Trey Blankinship and Jamie Lanham of Segall Group represented 7 Brew, and Tim Reamer of Cottonwood Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.

Petco’s new expanded store is now open at Severna Park Marketplace! This store is the first in the Mid-Atlantic featuring Petco’s newest prototype, which includes a full-service vet clinic. Andrew Segall and Bryan Spund of Segall Group represented Petco, and Janet McCarthy and Chris Netter of Saul Centers represented the landlord in the transaction.
