Segall Group Commercial Real Estate negotiated a ground lease with Red Robin at the Francis Scott Key Mall located at the intersection of MD-85 and Spectrum Drive in Frederick, Maryland. Owned by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT), FSK Mall is anchored by Barnes & Noble, Macy’s, JC Penney and Sears.

Red Robin continues to seek free-standing and endcap opportunities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The Company will consider spaces of 2,800-6,000 square feet.
