&pizza has opened in a portion of the former Pier One, adjacent to Mission BBQ, in the recently renovated Tollgate Marketplace. &pizza Bel Air is the company’s first location in the Baltimore Metro area north of Baltimore City. Andrew Segall represented &pizza in the leasing transaction and Scott Herman of H&R Retail represented the Landlord, RPAI.
