Phenix Salon Suites has inked two deals initializing their Mid-Atlantic market rollout. Phenix Salon Suites will be occupying 6,300 SF at 40 West Shopping Center in Catonsville, MD and 6,969 SF at The Centre at Laurel in Laurel, MD.
40 West Plaza is owned by Combined Properties and Stephanie Cramer Friedman represented the Landlord in the transaction.
The Centre at Laurel is owned by Inland Western and Ryan Minnehan of KLNB represented the Landlord in the transaction.
Phenix Salon Suites provides upscale private suites functioning as fully equipped mini salons. Stylists, nail technicians and other salon professionals rent the suites and operate as independent businesses. More than 100 locations are in development and the business was hailed by Entrepreneur Magazine as one of 2011s Brave New Franchises.
