Ooh La La Cupcakery, TriBeca Coffee, & Cakewalk Gallery fill final spaces at Queen Anne Belvedere in Mt. Vernon.
Three new retailers have signed leases at Queen Anne Belvedere, located at 1200-1224 North Charles Street in the heart of Mt. Vernon. Ooh La La Cupcakery and TriBeCa Coffee will open their doors in late Fall 2012. Ooh La La Cupcakery will be relocating its Inner Harbor location into a 900 square foot space at 1216 North Charles Street. Upscale TriBeCa Coffee is leasing 1,300 square feet at 1210 North Charles Street and features fresh roasted coffee beans from multiple origins and alternative brewing methods.
Cakewalk Art Gallery opened this summer, offering quality artwork from local and regional artists. All three tenants add to the diverse mix of uses on Charles Street and will be great new destinations for Mt. Vernon’s residents and the University community.
