RICHMOND, VA – Segall Group is pleased to announce Spotty Robins has joined our Richmond office as Vice President of Leasing and Sales. He will serve the firm’s retail tenant and landlord clients throughout Central Virginia, Tidewater, and Southwest Virginia.
A Richmond native with a background in education, Spotty spent 6 years at JLL, leasing diverse retail properties and advising clients from family offices to institutions, maximizing asset value across Virginia. He also handled greenfield site transactions. His performance earned him JLL Top Achiever (2021) and Platinum Achiever (2023) awards, leading to selection for JLL’s 2024 Mentor Protégé Program.
Spotty attended Woodberry Forest School, Washington & Lee University (B.A.), and VCU (M.Ed.). He is active outside work with his family, sports, coaching/playing lacrosse, and supporting Richmond youth charities. We are excited to welcome Spotty to the team and look forward to his contributions!
