Segall Group is proud to announce that First Watch has signed a lease for its second Baltimore-area location at Timonium Square in Timonium, Maryland. The 3,520 square foot space is scheduled to open mid-2013.

Scott Sellman of Kimco represented the Landlord and Joe Fleischmann of Segall Group represented the Tenant.
