Segall Group is proud to announce a new lease signing at 30 Light Street in downtown Baltimore. The Downtown Partnership has signed a lease to open a 1,500 square foot Information Center in the prominent downtown location. The Downtown Partnership chose 30 Light due to its visibility and its location in the center of the heaviest concentration of employees, residents, and tourists in the State of Maryland.
30 Light Street offers additional street-level restaurant and retail spaces on the busy Lombard Street corridor, one block away from the Inner Harbor attractions.
