Cold Stone Creamery has just signed a lease at Central Park, a shopping hot-spot in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and the largest center on the East Coast with more than 150 retailers. Cold Stone will occupy an end-cap in Building 22, adjacent to the Conference Center and Lowe’s.
