Chipotle Opens for Business at 1209 North Charles Street, Baltimore, Maryland

Chipotle opened its newest Baltimore City location at 1209 N. Charles in Mt. Vernon. Chipotle joins Starbucks, Subway, SunTrust Bank, and recently signed Pet Valu. The 2,000 SF store is within two blocks from the rapidly expanding University of Baltimore, new UB Law Center, and Amtrak’s Penn Station. Segall Group exclusively represented Chipotle and Charles Street JC, LLC at 1209.
