Bubba’s Shrimp Shack is coming soon to Fredericksburg, VA!
The ever-expanding seafood restaurant has just signed a lease at the Mattress Warehouse Center in Cosner’s Corner, off Patriot Highway & Mills Drive. Trey Blankinship and Jamie Lanham of Segall Group represented the Landlord in the transaction. Bubba’s Shrimp Shack, now represented by Segall Group, will be seeking sites in the Richmond market in 2023.
