Baltimore Peninsula Lures Two More Retail Tenants

A Tex-Mex restaurant and karaoke bar will join the lineup of spots opening in Baltimore Peninsula, the South Baltimore development formerly known as Port Covington.

Urbano Mexican Fare and Live-K Karaoke bar signed leases for space in Baltimore Peninsula’s Rye Street Market, developers MAG Partners and MacFarlane Partners said Thursday. The two businesses, with ties to Virginia and Washington, D.C., plan to open in early 2025.
