Jonathan (Jon) began his commercial real estate career in 2007 and has since developed extensive experience in all facets of retail leasing, sales and development. With a focus on tenant and landlord representation, Jon’s market knowledge and relentless pursuit of answers has led to a long chain of happy clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic such as Five Guys Burgers & Fries, Wawa, J. Alexander’s, Raising Cane’s, Patriot Urgent Care, Kay Jewelers, Aspen Dental, and AutoZone.
Jon has represented both current and past landlord clients, including The Cordish Companies, Washington Prime Group (formerly Simon), GBT Realty, Churn Family Trust, Leon Capital Group, Realty Income, Schwaber Holdings, and others throughout the Mid-Atlantic, with assignments involving the leasing of approximately three million square feet of new and existing space.
He received his BA from Goucher College in Business Management, where he was a four-year varsity athlete in basketball.
Jon is a member of ICSC and a licensed real estate broker in Maryland and Virginia.
