David brings nine years of retail real estate experience in the Northern Virginia market. He handles both landlord and tenant representation. Prior to joining Segall Group, he was identifying and assembling land for drug store and retail developers, where he transitioned into leasing assignments for landlords as well as working with retailers seeking to acquire sites.
David received a Bachelors of Science in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!). He currently resides in Washington DC, but continues to maintain ties to Northern Virginia where he was born and raised.
A current member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), David is licensed in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
