BALTIMORE, MD (March  25, 2024) – St. John Properties, Inc. has attracted four new restaurants to Cromwell Business Park, a 165-acre mixed-use business community situated adjacent to BWI Airport in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Chipotle Mexican Grill, Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings, Hibachi Express and TropQ Pizza are each expected to open at 920 Cromwell Park Drive later this year. Eric Llewellyn of St. John Properties represented the landlord
