T-Mobile has signed leases for retail space at 3238 Greenmount Avenue, The Can Company and North Plaza Mall, all in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area. Brad Adler, Jamie Lanham and Blake Dickinson represented the Landlords, and Joe Fleischmann of Segall Group represented the Tenant.

Firehouse Subs signs four leases at Smoketown Station, Pinecrest Station, Turnpike Shopping Center and The Village at Waugh Chapel.
Firehouse Subs signs four new deals in their continued roll out of the Baltimore/DC metro area. Joe Fleischmann of Segall Group represented Firehouse Subs in all four deals. Smoketown Station is owned by Kimco and Kevin Allen represented the Landlord in the transaction. Pinecrest Plaza is owned by Edens and Erik Ylitalo represented the Landlord in the transaction. Turnpike Shopping Center is owned by Combined Properties and Stephanie Cramer Friedman represented the Landlord in the transaction. The Village at Waugh Chapel was owned by JBG Rosenfeld and Sam Pan & Bob Schwenger represented the Landlord.

1209 N. Charles Street is now fully leased. Pet Valu and Tutti Frutti have signed leases and join Starbucks, Chipotle, Subway, SunTrust Bank, and Thai Landing. December has been an excellent month for the Mt. Vernon property with two new tenants signing and the recent opening of Chipotle Mexican Grill.
Pet Valu, Inc. will be taking 3,000 square feet space between SunTrust Bank and Thai Landing, launching their largest urban retail store in the Baltimore Market.
Tutti Frutti, a rapidly expanding frozen yogurt retailer, leased the 883 square feet space between Chipotle and Subway, and will open for business in Spring, 2012.
Both tenants add to the diverse mix of uses for 1209 N. Charles Street and are excited about their proximity to the University of Baltimore and Amtrak's Penn Station.

Chipotle Mexican Grill opened in the Federal Hill neighborhood of South Baltimore in Regency Centers' Southside Marketplace. The 2,750 square foot space is located in a portion of the former Blockbuster Video, adjacent to a new Starbucks Coffee. Andy Segall of Segall Group represented the Tenant and Geoff Mackler of H&R Retail and Jack DeVilliers of Regency Centers represented the Landlord in the transaction.
Segall Group has filled its last space at 7108 Governer Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie, MD. The 1,131 sf Cash 4 Gold store joins Red Wing Shoes, 711, and Patient First. This will be the Tenant's fifth store in Maryland. Segall Group exclusively represented the landlord in this transaction.
