The Y of Central Maryland is a charitable organization dedicated to developing the full potential of every individual through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
They are committed to providing family oriented, affordable high quality programs that support the development of young people, families and children. It is part of their objectives to encourage youth to maintain a positive value system meanwhile striving to achieve a balanced and successful life. They focus on family strengthening and offer programs where family members can engage eachother in a fun and fulfilling way.
