A new account for the company, Red Mango started in Korea as a unique frozen yogurt concept that has achieved success in the California market.

Segall Group will be establishing a market plan and strategy for rolling out stores in the Washington, D.C. market, and will implement the plan over the next twenty four months.

Demographic Criteria

  • Customers live health-conscious, trend forward and active lifestyles, and care about eating well in order to look and feel good.
  • 70% female, ages 18-45 with preference for products that are upscale with branded differentiation; single, married, young professionals, families, children.

Ideal Space

  • 1,000-1,200 square feet.
  • Indoor seating for 10-20; 1/3 is back-of-house, 2/3 is service and customer areas.
  • Typical units are located in upscale, outdoor & indoor centers that attract the concept’s target customers during day and evening (e.g., lifestyle centers, high-end strip malls, shopping centers, busy streets, etc.).
  • Design concept has premium yet solid “middle of the fairway” positioning which lends itself to greater staying power that works in a variety of markets.
