- Store size: 65,000 - 70,000 square feet
- Preferred deal structure: ten year lease with options
- Preferred dimensions: 325 - 360 feet of frontage and 225 feet of depth
- Parking ratio of 4.5 cars per 1000 square feet
- Regional trade areas in freestanding, power centers, malls and strip centers
- 150,000 people in the trade area
