Joe Fleischmann comes to Segall Group with a background in construction, development, and small business ownership.
He held the titles of Director of Construction, Operations, and Profitability during his 5 years with Phoenix Partners Development (2003-2007). During that time he oversaw the design and construction of 140 Cold Stone Creamery franchised stores in MD, VA, DE, PA, NJ, and Washington DC. He also owned stores in College Park, Crofton, Glen Burnie, and Hanover, Maryland.
Joe received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Salisbury University in 2001 and maintains his close ties to the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Virginia, where he was the managing partner for Telescope Pictures from 2001-2005.
Joe is a current member of the Eastern Shore Alumni Association (ESAA) as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is also a licensed real estate sales person in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia.
