Danielle comes to Segall Group as a real estate professional having specialized in the marketing and sale of investment properties located in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Prior to joining Segall Group, Danielle worked for CB Richard Ellis where she focused on investment sales of office and industrial buildings in the Baltimore area. During her two years with CBRE, Danielle handled business development and relationship management and provided quality, professional and consistent investment services and marketing strategies to property owners and to the private capital market.
Danielle is a lifelong resident of Baltimore. She enjoys attending a variety of networking events as well as meeting with other real estate professionals, bankers, lawyers, developers, real estate owners, and investors to increase sales. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Women in Retail Real Estate (WIRRE) and is also involved in philanthropic committees such as the Associated Real Estate Industry Group (REIG) and the Fells Point Mainstreet Committee.
Danielle attended Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Management with a specialization in Finance in 2007 and a Master Degree in Finance in 2008. Danielle’s educational background enables her to provide potential clients in-depth financial analysis and convey a thorough understanding of the marketplace.
