Andrew (Andy) Segall has almost twenty years’ experience in the retail real estate business. His clients include restaurant chains, specialty, furniture and apparel retailers and big box chains.
Andy has overseen and continues work on the rollout of TD Bank, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Red Robin and Pet Supplies Plus in the mid-Atlantic region. He has also represented Old Navy, First Watch, Cold Stone Creamery and Performance Bicycle Shops, among many others. On the Landlord representation side, Mr. Segall has handled the leasing for retail properties of varying types, from big box, urban, strip center and free-standing developments as well as the re-positioning or re-tenanting of numerous existing projects in Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia and West Virginia.
After earning a BA degree from the University of Texas at Austin, he graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law and was admitted to the Maryland and DC bars in 1991. He currently serves as treasurer of Realty Resources and resides with his family in northwest Baltimore County.
Andy holds real estate broker licenses in the states of Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
