Andrew (Andy) Segall has over 18 years’ experience in the retail real estate business. His clients include restaurant chains, specialty, furniture and apparel retailers and big box chains.
For the past five years, Mr. Segall has overseen the rollout of Cold Stone Creamery in the mid-Atlantic region and has completed over 70 leases for the Arizona-based chain. He has also represented Old Navy, Chipotle, First Watch, Performance Bike and Brueggers Bakery Café. On the Landlord representation side, Mr. Segall has represented owners of urban retail projects in Friendship Heights (Washington, D.C.) Alexandria, Springfield and Winchester, Virginia and Reisterstown, Frederick, Salisbury and Westminster, Maryland.
After earning a BA degree from the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Segall graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law and was admitted to the Maryland and DC bars in 1991. He currently serves as treasurer of Realty Resources and resides with his family in northwest Baltimore County.
